To be eligible for the Washington Migrant & Asylum-Seeker Support Project (WA MASS Project), you must be a non-citizen residing in Washington State who:
1. Entered the United States after January 1, 2022;
- AND -
2. Do not qualify for federal refugee resettlement services and benefits.
If you were admitted to the US as part of any of the groups below and with the corresponding identification code in your immigration paperwork, you ARE eligible for ORR benefits and NOT eligible for WA MASS Project. Note that not all admission codes that are eligible for ORR benefits are listed below. Check for other admission codes here.
Categories Not Eligible for WA MASS Project:
